Garment Fit/Sizing

  • We have three apparel categories, Women’s, Men’s, and Unisex. Sizing is going to be a little different for each category. If you are unsure, please refer to the size charts.

  • For custom garments, they will be tailored to the measurements that have been provided to us.

  • Accessories, for the most part, will be one size only.

Change or Cancel My Order

  • Orders may not be changed once they have been placed unless said item is sold out. (If address provided is wrong, please reach out ASAP)

  • Orders may ONLY be cancelled within 30 minutes of the order being placed.

Discounts

  • Discounts may NOT be applied to custom made items.

  • Discount codes are not able to be stacked and will be limited to one per order.

Damages

  • In the event that the product ordered has arrived damaged, please contact us with details of the damage along with the order number, and a picture of the damaged product.

Shipping and Orders

  • As we are committed to providing the best quality products, please allow up to 3 weeks for orders to be shipped.

  • After your order is placed, you will be provided with an order confirmation, as well as tracking information once the order is shipped.

  • Please note that we are NOT responsible for any loss or theft of packages due to packages being shipped to an insecure location.

  • We currently do not ship orders internationally but will provide updates as business changes.

One and Only

  • The one and only section is for items that have been made but will not be produced more than once. They will typically include samples, or deadstock items.

  • Please refer to product page or label for specific care instructions.
